Phone books
Environmental benefits: recycling your used telephone directories will reduce the amount that are sent to landfill or burned.
How to recycle: if your council doesn’t pick up paper for recycling via a kerbside scheme, they may have some collection points for telephone directories.
There are also schools recycling initiatives out there, forming part of the Yellow Woods Challenge. Please see the useful links section for further information.
