The EDF Energy London Eye: it’s one of the most striking sights on the capital’s skyline, an icon of innovative design and (thanks to EDF Energy’s support), low-carbon electricity.
EDF Energy is the UK’s largest producer of low-carbon electricity, and this means that we can match the electricity powering the huge wheel with electricity from low-carbon sources. We’re also using the EDF Energy London Eye to share our vision of a new energy future for London. Within the wheel’s pods, visitors can read about the innovative measures being taken by London landmarks to reduce their own carbon emissions.
